Scots Win 100th Straight Dual Match

Highland Park’s tennis team is pretty good.

So much so that the Scots won their 100th straight dual match on Tuesday with a 19-0 win over Carrollton Newman Smith.

Highland Park’s last loss was to New Braunfels in the 2007 Class 4A state finals. Prior to that, the Scots won 114 straight matches, which means they are 214-1 in their last 215 matches. Yeah, that’s not too shabby.

The Scots will wrap up the regular season at home against Terrell next Tuesday.
