A contemporary denim duo with a celebrity following has opened at Highland Park Village.

Frame, launched in 2o12 by Swedish duo Erik Torstensson and Jens Grede, opened its first Texas location this month at the upscale Park Cities shoppery – right where Diane Von Furstenberg used to be housed.

Torstensson and Grede launched their premium denim company with the intent to craft the perfect pair of blue jeans for women, according to their introductory blog post at hpvillage.com. After a year and a half of research and development of the perfect fabric, wash and fit, Frame emerged as a leading brand in the denim industry.

The London inspired brand launched into the men’s market in 2014 and has since evolved into a fashion house that produces four ready-to-wear collections a year.
